Set Water Level

This new maintenance procedure allows you to set the Tank’s water level correctly to the height of the Cut Bed.

In this mode the Nozzle will automatically fill the Tank by spraying high-pressure water and empty the Tank by activating the Dump Valve. The nozzle and dump valve engages alternatively, so you will hear the pump box working for a while, then the pump box rests, the Low pressure pump and dump valve kick in.

You can access this feature from the Control Panel: Setup & Maintenance > Maintenance > Water Level Setup. Use this procedure whenever you need to set the Tank’s water level: during initial machine setup, after removing lots of Used Abrasive, changing the Cut Bed or draining the Tank.
